Ranger Design Establishes North Charleston, South Carolina, Operations

Ranger Design, a manufacturer and provider of innovative fleet upfit solutions, plans to establish operations in North Charleston, South Carolina. The $1.5 million project is expected to create 50 jobs.

The new-commercial vehicle upfitting center, located at 9035-K Sightline Drive, will allow the company to better serve its current customers with extra warehousing capacity, in addition to expanding its footprint for fleet upfit solutions in commercial electric and gas-powered vehicles. Operations are scheduled by the summer of 2023.

It positions us for new opportunities and enables us to better serve our current customers,”Ranger Design President and CEO Ron Cowie said.
