Norway-Based Nammo AS Plans Logistics Center Near Sedalia, Missouri

Nammo AS, a Norway-based international aerospace and defense company headquartered , reported its newly formed Capstone Precision Group will establish a U.S. logistics center, 94 miles east of Kansas City, at 24732 Randall Road, in Sedalia, Missouri.

Capstone Precision Group will invest almost $1 million to launch the new 30,000 square foot facility, which should be fully operational by December. Operating from just outside Sedalia city limits in Pettis County, where Capstone will be leasing 30,000 sq. ft. of space, products will be sent throughout the U.S. to dealers and wholesalers. This facility will be the United States logistics center for Capstone Precision Group’s four commercial ammunition brands, Lapua, Berger, VihtaVuori, and SK.

Additionally, ammunition, components, and smokeless powder will be imported from Finland and Germany and distributed in the U.S. and also exported, while projectiles from the company’s Mesa, Arizona, location will be shipped to Missouri for packaging and distribution.
