U.S. Manufacturer to Move 111 Jobs to Wisconsin as Part of $10 Million Consolidation Project

GFS is the world's leading manufacturer of paint booths and finishing systems for industrial coating and finishing, automotive body shops, aerospace finishing, and truck and large equipment finishing.
"It's a very positive move for us," said GFS President Rick Binder. "This investment allows us to consolidate manufacturing operations resulting in a significantly higher level of production efficiency, quality, and improve our ability to provide exceptional service to all of our customers."
GFS is eligible for up to $600,000 in economic development tax credits from the state of Wisconsin. Binder said these credits will enable the firm to provide extensive training for production staff, and help cover a portion of the costs of relocating this manufacturing capacity.
