A national debt management and recovery solutions firm, Account Control Technology, plans to expand its operations with the opening of a 30,000 square foot office complex in Dallas, Texas. The facility will serve as ACT’s second call center in Texas and its fifth office nationwide.
Located at 11830 Webb Chapel Road in the North Dallas area, the company is now recruiting and hiring up to 300 full-time employees from the surrounding communities to staff the facility. ACT said it selected Dallas for its latest office due to the area’s expansive, qualified workforce as well as the company’s positive experience conducting business in Texas. ACT will continue to maintain its existing, highly successful call center in San Angelo, which is in west Texas.
