Stanley Black & Decker Relocates 80 Jobs to Greenfield, Indiana

"We know that Stanley Black & Decker could have taken this expansion anywhere in the world so we are especially glad that Indiana came out on top and that the company will increase the size of its footprint in our state," said Mitch Roob, Secretary of Commerce and CEO of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has extended Stanley Black & Decker up to $600,000 in performance-based tax credits and up to $50,000 in training grants. The city of Greenfield will offer additional infrastructure assistance and tax abatements.
The new 220,000-square-foot facility will produce industrial fasteners, industrial applications equipment, and will assemble pneumatic tools.
