Agua Enerviva Chooses Bethpage, Long Island, New York For New Headquarters
11/06/2013
Earlier this year, the Nassau County Industrial Development Agency provided Steel Equities, owner of the property, with an economic development compact to assist in renovating the 372,000 square foot former Grumman Aerospace factory.
Michael Venuti, President of Agua Enervivá, said, “While it was difficult finding affordable space for this company with limited resources, County Executive Mangano and the IDA introduced our company to Steel Equities and quickly came to terms for the space.”
County Executive Edward P. Mangano stated, “My economic development team has been successful in attracting new employers and thousands of new jobs to Nassau County. Agua Enervivá headquarters is a terrific new addition to our local economy and we welcome them to Nassau County.”
