The investment will include the lease of 32,045 square feet of industrial space at 400 N. 56th St. to support advanced coating and surface modification services for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and other high-tech applications.

“We found Chandler’s environment and property to be perfectly aligned with our operational vision,” said Yasuki Nakahira, Vice President of Global Business Development for TOCALO.

TOCALO Co., Ltd. serves industries including semiconductors, energy, and manufacturing. The company’s services include thermal spraying, coating, and surface modification to improve durability and performance of equipment.

“TOCALO’s new Chandler facility showcases Arizona’s leading attractiveness for global semiconductor innovators,” noted Sandra Watson, President and CEO of the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA). “We are grateful TOCALO chose Arizona and look forward to supporting their success.”

“The expansion of TOCALO to Chandler exemplifies the strength of Greater Phoenix’s semiconductor supply chain hub,” added Christine Mackay, President and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. “We’re excited to continue building on the partnerships that drive growth in the region.”
