Weldcote Metals Chooses Niles, Illinois for Distribution Center

The 135,650 square foot distribution facility was designed by Harris Architects and built by Krusinski Construction. The modern building features a 32’ clear ceiling height, 20 loading docks, two drive in doors, and parking for 152 cars.
Kevin Scott, Vice President of the Midwestern Region for Molto Properties, said, “It’s rare to find a modern building like ours in this submarket, and the large labor pool to draw upon in the surrounding area is a huge positive. We look forward to leasing the remaining 87,007 square feet hopefully by the end of the year.”
Founder and Managing Principal of Molto Properties, Todd Naccarato, said, “Our new development has excellent access to important north-south corridors (I-94 and I-294) and close proximity to the City of Chicago. We are excited Weldcote recognized the strategic advantage of this new building.”
