"We are proud to open our newest location in Twin Falls and have been particularly impressed with the quality of the work force and strong work ethic in this community," said Richard Mondre, co-CEO of C3. "This property is perfect because it has been well maintained and is ready to go. And a local, ready work force can be quickly trained to accommodate our complex systems. Twin Falls will be a great place to support our sophisticated clients."
C3 serves Fortune 500 companies that include the healthcare industry. The Twin Falls call center will be located in a 48,170-square-foot facility formerly occupied by Dell and acquired by the Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency.
The College of Southern Idaho will assist in employee training, while the state Department of Labor will help C3 find qualified applicants. Operations are expected to begin by early September.
