A-T Solutions is investing $1 million and creating 100 jobs in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. The company provides anti- and counterterrorism professional services to clients including the federal departments of Defense, State, Justice, and Homeland Security.

"Virginia has been an excellent home for A-T Solutions," said Dennis Kelly, A-T Solutions president and CEO. "We have received tremendous support for our business growth at the state level as well as locally, and additionally, the quality of the work force, the high standard of living, availability of great colleges and universities from which to recruit, and proximity to centers of defense, homeland security, and government have all played a part in our success."

The Virginia Department of Business Assistance (VDBA) will provide funding and services to support the company's labor recruitment and training through the Virginia Jobs Investment Program.
