Load Off Your Mind in San Antonio
Dec/Jan 09
The LoadTracker service offered by CPS Energy in San Antonio helps companies maintain a watchful eye over their energy usage. LoadTracker allows users online access to interval load data, allowing them to make calculations such as KVA and Power Factor, create graphs, and download data in formats that can be pulled into databases and spreadsheets for further analysis. Data can be delivered daily, monthly, even on-demand.
LoadTracker is a way to keep track of costly peaks in demand and gauge how demand-management strategies are working out. It also allows companies to validate their monthly bill determinates and even estimate their billing determinates before receiving the monthly bill. Most important, the program helps increase awareness of energy usage, and that allows companies to employ better energy management practices.
