12/02/2013
TD said it chose the Delaware location because of the area's deep and experienced pool of talent in the credit card and payments industry, in addition to it being an excellent environment for conducting business. Headquartered in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, the Primary job functions at the Delaware center will include risk management, compliance, legal and some technology resources.
"Our Wilmington facility will allow us to be even more integrated from a capabilities, distribution and platform perspective," said Michael Rhodes, Executive Vice President, North American Credit Cards and Merchant Services, TD Bank Group. "Our goal is to be a world class North American credit cards and merchant services business and growing our presence in the U.S. with the right team and capabilities is an integral part of our strategy."
