Hearthside Food Solutions Creating 100 Jobs in Michigan City, Indiana

"The prospect of expanding our plant creates efficiencies and opens up new opportunities for Hearthside Foods in Michigan City," said Bob Wojcik, plant manager of the Michigan City facility.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has offered Hearthside Food Solutions up to $750,000 in performance-based tax credits. Michigan City will offer additional property tax abatement at the request of the Michigan City Economic Development Corporation.
Hearthside already has more than 320 employees in Michigan City.
