New Restoration Hardware Distribution Center to Create 150 Jobs in Maryland
12/12/2011
Restoration Hardware sells upscale furniture, lighting, textiles, bathware, decor, outdoor/garden and youth products. Its website states that, as of July 2011, it operated 87 retail stores and 10 outlet stores throughout the United States and Canada.
The fast-growing national retailer will move into a 600,000-sq.-ft. building in January 2012. Then it plans to expand to an adjacent 600,000-sq.-ft. building--yet to be built--by fall 2012.
Weeks Robinson Properties, owner of Trade Center 95, said the deal represents one of the largest industrial leases signed in the United States in 2011.
