SANY America Completes First Phase of Peachtree City, Georgia, Facility

SANY America has completed construction of the first phase of its U.S. facility in Peachtree City, Georgia. The Chinese company expects to create more than 200 jobs there. The facility will produce SANY Global Rough Terrain cranes.

"The completion of SANY America's facility signifies a new milestone in SANY's globalization initiative. This will bring SANY's philosophy of Quality Changes for the World to the next level," said Fugui Zhou, chairman of SANY America, Inc. "The new facility will enable the company to provide the North American market and the other global customers with superior products and services."

SANY has already invested $60 million in the 420,000-square-foot facility, and it already employs 108 people. That figure is expected to at least double by the end of 2012.

SANY Group produces concrete machinery and concrete-pumping equipment.
