Peninsula Polymers Locates New Headquarters In Leawood, Kansas

“The support provided by the Kansas Department of Commerce was instrumental as we were making our decision to move,” said Ken Moran, president of Peninsula Polymers. Peninsula Polymers is a distributor of specialty coatings raw materials, with seven distribution centers located across the United States. Peninsula Polymers partners with technologically advanced suppliers to deliver a full complement of products and technical expertise to diverse industries.
Kevin Jefferies, president and CEO of the Leawood Chamber of Commerce stated, “The Chamber is pleased that Peninsula has chosen to locate its corporate headquarters in Leawood. We appreciate the assistance that the Kansas Department of Commerce has given in bringing this outstanding organization to our community.”
“We’re trying to create the best business environment possible in the state of Kansas,” said Kansas Commerce Secretary Pat George. “It’s great that Peninsula Polymers has decided that our state is the place it wants to grow, invest and add jobs to the economy.” Information on incentives that might have been provided to assist the firm in its expansion was not immediately available.
