Flexible Screen Maker Relocating Its Headquarters in Norcross, GA, and Adding 175 Jobs
10/24/2011
Founded in 2006, NanoLumens designs and manufactures unique flexible displays that address a major technology gap in the $14 billion digital display industry. Its ultra-lightweight, thin and energy-efficient digital displays can be wrapped around curved walls and columns, and mounted to fit any surface. They are well-suited for the indoor advertising venues in subways, airports, shopping malls, stadiums, hotels, etc.
"Our company has more than doubled in size over the last two years and we expect 2012, our first full year of commercial production, to create an even faster rate of growth," said CEO Rick Cope. "This new headquarters will enable us to comfortably grow and meet our customer demands..[and] house the largest digital display showroom in the country."
NanoLumens has many customers in the United States and Canada, and Cope said it is now expanding in Europe, the Middle East and South America where demand is for high for his firm's innovative products.
