Collections Company Building Call Center in New York

Coast Professional Inc., a provider of collections services to the student loan industry, will invest $1.8 million to construct a new call center in Geneseo, New York, according to state development officials. The Louisiana-headquartered company plans to hire 100 new employees when the facility opens in January. "The combination of Livingston County's pro-business environment and an abundance of experienced agents made Geneseo, New York, the perfect solution to our continued need to expand," says Brian H. Davis, Coast Professional's CEO. Incentives offered to the company include $740,000 in grants from the state.
