10/07/2010
"This is a new way of doing business for us that will deliver more integrated solutions and greater value to our customers," said Harsco Infrastructure CEO Ivor Harrington. "Our next phase of implementation will replicate this model across North America with additional centers in key strategic locations in the United States and Canada."
Besides streamlining processes, the super centers will feature state-of-the-art warehouse management systems and other technologies. The model unites Harsco's rental equipment resources for scaffolding, shoring, and forming into a network of full-equipped regional hubs, with the goal of more efficiently serving customers.
