Red Ventures Begins Construction On Third Fort Mill, South Carolina, Facility, Expected To Generate 1,000 Jobs
04/12/2013
Building amenities include: a 6-lane bowling alley, an amphitheater for live music, a beer garden, a cycling room, yoga studio, and a comprehensive food court. Red Ventures expects to move into the new building in May 2014. The new building will increase the size of its campus to a total of 330,000 square feet. The facility will complement the company's existing onsite employee perks, which include: an indoor basketball court, walking/running track, fitness center, locker rooms, putting green, and a gourmet cafe with subsidized meals.
Red Ventures markets and sells products and services for some of the largest brands in the nation. The company said its rapid growth has been fueled by its unique business model, which allows it to align with companies as strategic "partners," rather than clients. The company has grown more than 40 percent a year for the past three years and is on pace for even greater growth in 2013. In addition to its Fort Mill, S.C. headquarters, the company has operations in Miami, San Antonio, and Wilmington, N.C.
"When it comes to our campus, the mission is simple: to create a great workplace for the absolute best people," said CEO Ric Elias. "We started this company in a basement, so today's celebration is surreal. We've been able to attract and keep top talent because people love coming to work here each day. This expansion and the amenities included will enable us to continue providing our employees with a great place to work."
"Red Ventures is an absolute point of pride for South Carolina," said Gov. Nikki Haley. “You are seeing a very innovative company that is taking true gambles in a time when the economy is shaky, and they're succeeding."
