Constellation West Opens Headquarters In Fairfax, Virginia
06/27/2014
“We are very excited with our current company growth, and this move to Fairfax County is a great step for us. It provides a central location that is easy to access for employees, customers and partners,” said Lisa Wolford, President/CEO of Constellation West. “While we considered many areas around the Greater Washington region, from a cost and convenience perspective it made the most sense to move our headquarters to northern Virginia. We found an amazing and beautiful space in the exciting new Dunn Loring-Merrifield area.”
The company’s new 5,460-square-foot office space in Fairfax includes a secure operations center, hotel offices for mobile employees, a dedicated proposal development center, and office space for future expansion. Prosperity Metro Plaza owns the seven-story building that has a total of 325,645 square feet. Constellation West’s leading agents in the real estate transaction were First Potomac Management LLC and CBRE.
According to the company citing data from the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, Constellation West joins a host of other woman-owned firms in Fairfax County, which is the area of choice for 18 percent of all woman-owned companies in Virginia.
