Hyper Solutions Expands Henrico County, Virginia, Operations

06/04/2026
Digital infrastructure solutions company Hyper Solutions plans to expand its operations in Henrico County, Virginia. The $2 million project is expected to create 56 jobs.

The investment will support the company’s growing demand for power distribution and integrated module solutions used in digital infrastructure projects worldwide.

“We are proud to continue growing in Henrico County and grateful for the partnership and support from the Commonwealth of Virginia,” said Vladimir Gulkarov, CEO of Hyper Solutions. “This expansion enables us to create meaningful jobs, strengthen local and national manufacturing ecosystems, and help position Virginia as a leader in the future of digital infrastructure.”

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership (VEDP) worked with Henrico County to secure the project and will support Hyper’s job creation through the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP), which provides consultative services and funding to companies creating new jobs to support employee recruitment and training activities. As a business incentive supporting economic development, VJIP reduces the human resource costs of new and expanding companies. VJIP is state-funded, demonstrating Virginia’s commitment to enhancing job opportunities for citizens.

“Virginia is showing that global demand for energy solutions is translating into economic growth for our communities,” noted Secretary of Commerce and Trade Carrie Chenery. “Hyper Solutions’ investment will create new, high-quality jobs and ensure Virginia remains a partner and leader in the global technology and energy solutions marketplaces.”

Hyper Solutions provides power distribution and integrated infrastructure solutions through a distributed manufacturing network. The company’s model enables domestic manufacturers to participate in large-scale digital infrastructure projects while supporting U.S.-based engineering, production, deployment, and long-term service capabilities.
