Foam Product Manufacturer, FXI, Purchases Orange, California, Production Site

The company has leased the facility since its formation in 2009. The firm said this “transaction assures customers, employees and the broader community of the Company's commitment to manufacturing in Southern California for many years to come.” Terms of the transaction were not released. FXI purchased the facility from an affiliate of Sares-Regis Group.
"Our Orange facility is critical to supporting our customers in Southern California and the Western part of the United States and we are extremely pleased to complete this purchase. This demonstrates our commitment to our local customers as well as our national customers that require a robust manufacturing footprint," said FXI President/CEO John Cowles.
The Orange facility uses patented Variable Pressure Foaming technology, the most environmentally friendly foam manufacturing process on the market, resulting in virtually zero emissions. VPF technology also enables FXI to offer the broadest of array of enhanced performance, flexible polyurethane foam solutions.
