Traxion Materials Expands Jacksboro, Tennessee, Production Operations

Tire recycling and upcycling company Traxion Materials is expanding its operations in Jacksboro, Tennessee. The more than $5 million project is expected to create 49 jobs in Campbell County.

The investment at the company’s existing production facility will support its Tire LifeCycle Network, which serves customers across Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

“We’ve built our operation here in both LaFollette and Jacksboro because this region has the workforce, the location and the partnerships to support our steadfast mission. We’ve intentionally planted our roots at home in Campbell County, Tennessee, and this investment reflects our commitment to our employees and our community for the long haul,” said Greg Coleman, Founding Investor and President/CEO of Traxion Materials.

Traxion Materials provides tire recycling, processing, and sustainable materials management services through its Tire LifeCycle Network. The company partners with tire retailers, automotive dealerships, manufacturers, fleet operators, and logistics companies to collect, process, and repurpose end-of-life tires.
