Teleperformance U.S.A. to Open Contact Center in Reno, Nevada

The new Reno center will provide a broad range of support for a major financial services company. Teleperformance will be hiring for a variety of contact center positions that include, Customer Service Representatives, Trainers, Quality Assurance Personnel, Client Management, and additional leadership positions, said the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.
"Teleperfomance U.S.A. is a global leader, and we welcome them as the newest member of our community," said Oscar Delgado, Reno City Council Member and representative of Ward 3, where the new center will be located. "Reno's future is bright for businesses and citizens alike. As we continue to attract more businesses, we are also supporting our local economy and providing employment opportunities. Our city has much to offer, and it's a great place for new families to arrive."
