COIM USA Expands New Boston, Texas, Production Operations

Specialty chemical manufacturer COIM USA plans to expand its operations in New Boston, Texas.

The $50 million project will include the construction of a manufacturing and distribution facility, located at TexAmericas Center, that will support production of the company’s renewable polyol product line. Operations are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.

The support we received from local and regional partners throughout the site selection process reinforced our confidence that TexAmericas Center in the Texarkana area is the right location for our next phase of growth.”

To support the project, Bowie County Commissioners and the Texarkana College Board of Trustees approved property tax abatement agreements.

COIM USA, a member of COIM Group, produces specialty polyurethane raw materials, polyester polyols, coating resins, and other chemical products used in a variety of industrial applications.
