Duro Bag Expanding in Florence, Kentucky with $1M Tax Incentives

Duro Bag, one of the world's largest manufacturers of paper bags, is planning an expansion at its Florence, Kentucky facility. Duro will invest up to $2.5 million and create 130 jobs in Florence with the help of $1 million in tax incentives from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority.

Duro has 10 manufacturing plants across the United States, and employs more than 2,500 people. Its products include grocery bags, merchandise bags, paper lawn and leaf bags, lunch bags, and food service bags for the retail, restaurant, and medical industries.
