"I want to welcome U.S. Solutions Group, Inc. to Tennessee and the hundreds of jobs they will create for Tennesseans," Gov. Bill Haslam said. "U.S. Solutions Group's decision to locate in Sullivan County is great for the region, and we appreciate their investment in our state and in our state's business-friendly climate."
"In today's market, it is no longer a national competition but a global one," said Community Development Commissioner Bill Hagerty. "When a company chooses Tennessee as the location to expand and grow their business, this speaks volumes for Governor Haslam's economic development strategies and the hard work being put forth every day by our department to create a business friendly environment where companies have the confidence to invest and grow in our state. We have worked closely with U.S. Solutions Group's management and look forward to this project serving as a basis for long-term job growth in the area." Incentives offered the firm were not immediately available.
The company, which will be located at 2536 West State Street in rural Bristol, Tenn., provides custom, complex integrated call center based solutions for its clients. "
Every organization appreciates the opportunity to create ties to local business owners and community leaders, and we are also proud to have the opportunity to partner with our state leaders as well," Sharon Bricker, executive vice president, U.S. Solutions Group, Inc., a Teleperformance company, said. "We are excited to support local job growth and stability and to provide this quality work facility for both our existing and new people. The opening of this great site in Tennessee fulfills our hope to offer the very best for our people, our clients and our community. We continue to be one of the area's leading employers, and we really appreciate the close communication, support and the warm welcome from everyone."
