06/19/2026
Building products manufacturer Homeland Vinyl Products plans to expand its operations in Hawkins County, Tennessee. The $5.5 million project is expected to create 50 jobs.

The investment at the company’s existing manufacturing facility will include the addition of new grinding operations.

“We recognized the potential at our Surgoinsville, Tennessee, location as being a key contributor in our company’s growth and expansion plans,” said Randal Heath, President of Homeland Vinyl Products. “The strength of the local workforce along with the friendly business climate offered by local and state officials makes this one of our most valued locations. Homeland Vinyl looks forward to building a strong workforce and community in Surgoinsville.”

“When a company chooses to invest in Tennessee time and again, it reflects the strength of our state, our skilled workforce and the communities like Surgoinsville and Hawkins County that have worked to make Tennessee the best place to do business,” noted Deputy Governor and Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development (TNECD) Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter. “We thank Homeland Vinyl for its continued investment and look forward to partnering again on the next announcement.”

Homeland Vinyl Products manufactures residential and commercial vinyl building products, including vinyl fencing, decking, and railing systems.
