Dominion Packaging Expands Henrico, Virginia, Operations

11/01/2026
Consumer packaging manufacturer Dominion Packaging, Inc. plans to expand its operations in Henrico County, Virginia. The $25 million project is expected to create more than 100 jobs.

The investment will include the relocation to a 188,000-square-foot facility at the Airport Logistics Center that will serve as a finished goods and distribution hub.

“Dominion Packaging has called Henrico home for more than twenty years, and this expansion is a direct result of the trust our customers place in our team,” said Dominion Packaging Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Tommy Piper. “Moving finished goods and distribution into our new Seven Hills facility gives us the room to grow manufacturing right next door, add well-paying jobs, and keep delivering the quality and service that globally recognized brands expect from us. We’re grateful to Henrico County and the EDA for being such strong partners in our growth.”

Dominion Packaging specializes in the manufacturing of folding cartons and consumer packaging products.
