AMEND Consulting Expands Cincinnati, Ohio, Operations

10/30/2026
Management and operations consulting firm AMEND Consulting plans to expand its operations in Cincinnati, Ohio. The project is expected to create 80 jobs.

The company will renovate approximately 20,000 square feet of office space at 312 Plum Street for its new headquarters.

“AMEND sees itself as a cornerstone to the economic vibrancy of our city. We made this move to solidify our physical space inside of the city and lead innovation and growth regionally,” said AMEND Consulting President Paul Delaney.

To support the project, the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) approved a 1.454 percent, eight-year Job Creation Tax Credit.

“AMEND has evolved from a homegrown Cincinnati firm into a partner that companies rely on to modernize how they operate, while also developing talent for the region’s growing workforce,” noted JobsOhio President and CEO J.P. Nauseef. “Demand for operational and technology expertise is accelerating, and these 80 new jobs in downtown Cincinnati show Ohio is a place where companies in that space can invest, compete and succeed.”

AMEND Consulting specializes in management consulting, operational improvement and technology-driven business transformation.

“Staying competitive today requires more than just adopting new technology; it demands the expertise to leverage it effectively,” added REDI Cincinnati Vice President of Project Management Kevin Donnelly. “AMEND Consulting’s expansion empowers more businesses to transform complex operational and technological challenges into opportunities for growth.”

“Downtown’s future depends on companies that see its potential and choose to invest in it. AMEND’s decision to grow downtown brings new jobs, talented people, and economic activity into the heart of our city. This is exactly the kind of growth we want to encourage, and we’re doing it in a way that delivers a strong return for Cincinnati taxpayers,” said City of Cincinnati Office of Strategic Growth Deputy Director Brandon Rudd.
