ClearFlow Metalworks Plans Logan County, Kentucky, Aluminum Manufacturing Operations

11/03/2026
Aluminum manufacturer ClearFlow Metalworks plans to establish operations in Russellville, Kentucky. The $28 million project is expected to create 50 jobs in Logan County.

The company’s new aluminum billet casting facility, located at Shelton Lane Industrial Park, will have an estimated annual production capacity of 100,000 tons, processing recycled aluminum materials into billets for extrusion and other downstream manufacturing applications.

“We are excited to partner with Logan County and the city of Russellville as we establish our operations in Kentucky,” said ClearFlow Metalworks CEO John Dusanenko. “We are truly grateful for the support and collaboration we have received throughout this process. We look forward to contributing to the local economy, creating new job opportunities, and bringing innovative solutions to support American manufacturing.”

To support the project, the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority ?preliminarily approved a 15-year incentive agreement with the company under the Kentucky Business Investment program. The performance-based agreement can provide up to $1,000,500?in tax incentives based on the company’s investment of $28 million?and annual targets of:?creation and maintenance of?50?Kentucky-resident, full-time jobs across 15?years; and paying an average hourly wage of $30?including benefits across those jobs.?

By meeting its annual targets over the agreement term, the company can be eligible to keep a?portion?of the new tax revenue it generates. The company may claim eligible incentives against its income tax liability and/or wage assessments.

“Kentucky’s manufacturing sector continues to fuel our red-hot economy and create good-paying jobs for our families,” noted Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear. “Our talented workforce, incentive programs, unique location and speed-to-market resources make the commonwealth a great place to do business. I am excited to welcome ClearFlow Metalworks to their New Kentucky Home and look forward to their success in Logan County.”

In addition,?ClearFlow Metalworks?can receive resources from Kentucky’s workforce service providers. Those include no-cost recruitment and job placement services, reduced-cost customized?training?and job-training incentives. The company may also receive workforce assistance through Kentucky's employment and training programs, including recruitment services, customized training and job-training incentives.

“We are so proud to welcome ClearFlow Metalworks as they establish their first U.S. facility here in Russellville, Kentucky,” added Logan Economic Alliance for Development President and CEO Brooke Waldrup. “Their investment in our newly constructed speculative building at Shelton Lane Industrial Park represents an exciting milestone for economic development in Logan County. Beyond the jobs this project will create, we look forward to building a lasting partnership with ClearFlow Metalworks as they become part of our community. We are especially grateful to the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development and our utility partners for their continued collaboration and commitment to bringing this project to fruition. This announcement is a testament to what strong partnerships and a shared vision can accomplish for Logan County.”
