ADP Invests $22 Million To Expand Its El Paso, Texas, Operations Hub, Creating 585 Jobs
12/12/2012
"The City of El Paso and the State of Texas are excellent locations to do business," Terry McGreehan, ADP El Paso Solutions Center Vice President and General Manager said. "ADP continues to provide leading-edge Human Capital Management services for all our clients and we're delighted that our El Paso Solutions Center will serve as a model for recruiting and employing skilled workers to support those efforts. We look forward to working with the City of El Paso and the State of Texas to accomplish great things together."
As an incentive, Gov. Rick Perry’s Office said Texas is providing $2.4 million from the Texas Enterprise Fund to finalize this expansion and job creation. "Texas is a beacon of economic freedom and opportunity, which is why employers looking to expand or relocate continue to choose the Lone Star State," Gov. Perry said. "Companies like ADP know that our strong commitment to low taxes, reasonable regulations, fair courts and a skilled workforce make Texas the best place to live, work, raise a family and have a business."
"The partnership between ADP and El Paso has greatly benefitted both the company and our community," El Paso Mayor John Cook said. "We are thrilled that this outstanding corporate citizen has decided to deepen their roots here by this significant commitment of new high paying jobs and capital investment."
"ADP has a good history with El Paso, El Paso County, Texas," State Rep. Marisa Marquez said. "Their company's expansion through this Texas Enterprise Fund grant will create a much needed economic boost to the community and the state."
