Asurion Adding 500 Jobs in Nashville, Tennessee
12/16/2010
"The success of our company has been built on our commitment to providing world class service to each one of our subscribers and clients, and a team oriented and results driven culture. Our location here in Nashville has helped foster this culture and our growth and reinforced Nashville's reputation for being a great location for business," said Gerald Risk, Asurion president.
The company relocated its headquarters from California in 2003 and has added 1,800 Tennessee jobs since then. Asurion provides technology protection services such as recovering and repairing mobile phones, home electronics, and offering roadside rescue services to motorists.
Asurion leaders have not yet decided if the expansion will focus on existing facilities or a new site.
