Digital Marketing Firm, Raidious, Expands It’s Indianapolis, Indiana, Service Hub
12/21/2012
Raidious specializes in content marketing, social media, inbound marketing, owned media and real time marketing management and works with a network across the United States, Europe and Asia. The expansion includes leasing and equipping 2,800 square feet of office space in the Morrison Opera House in Indianapolis. Raidious, which currently has 20 full-time employees at its Indianapolis office, is actively hiring content correspondents, account executives, producers, videographers, developers and social media managers.
"Indianapolis is an amazing community for marketing technology. So many measured marketing companies call Indianapolis home and that has created an environment for us to thrive here,” said Taulbee Jackson, chief executive officer of Raidious. “Our universities are way ahead of others as it relates to the work we do, especially Ball State. The Hoosier work ethic and culture is unbeatable, and we have had several clients mention this, in comparison to our rivals on the coasts and in Chicago."
As an incentive, Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Raidious, LLC up to $800,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $42,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. These tax credits are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. In addition, the city of Indianapolis will consider additional property tax abatement at the request of Develop Indy.
“Raidious’ decision to bring top-quality, high-growth jobs to our market is a win for Indianapolis and reflects greatly on our economic attractiveness and ability to retain and recruit top talent,” said Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard. “We congratulate Raidious on this expansion and look forward to its continued success in our community.”
