Avigilon To Build New Canada Facility
05/14/2010
The new facility is located close to company's headquarters and Avigilon has invested more than $2 million in state-of-the-art equipment to automate the production and assembly of sub-components and finished goods.
This investment, says the company, will bring a significant increase in production and operational efficiencies.
"Our investment demonstrates our commitment to meeting the worldwide demand for our HD surveillance solutions," said Dave Tynan, VP of global sales and marketing.
"With close proximity to the Vancouver international airport and other delivery service partners, the new facility will also extend our shipping capabilities to help us fulfill customer requests efficiently and cost-effectively."
