Canadian Blast Freezers Adds 75 Positions in Quinte West, Ontario

"With support from the McGuinty government our company will strengthen its position within the region's food processing sector," said Dale Willard, president of Canadian Blast Freezers. "This investment will also help diversify our product line, expand our customer base, and provide the local community with 75 new jobs."
The company will invest more than $4 million over two years to add the jobs as well as purchase new equipment to boost productivity and diversify its product line and export markets. It plans to introduce cutting-edge refrigerated tempering capabilities and value-added meat processing and cooking lines.
