Bishopric Industries Expands Natchez, Mississippi, Operations

Industrial equipment manufacturer Bishopric Industries plans to expand its operations in Natchez, Mississippi. The $5.75 million project is expected to create 28 jobs.

The investment will include the construction of a new storage building, the addition of advanced manufacturing equipment, expanded storage areas, site improvements, and new utility infrastructure at the company’s existing heavy industrial fabrication facility.

Our customers will benefit from our expanded expertise and resources as we enable industries that fuel and sustain modern life, including essential chemicals, pharmaceutical production, and next-generation technologies. Bishopric Industries will be there,” said Andy Koenig, President of Bishopric Industries.

To support the project, the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) is providing assistance through the Mississippi Flexible Tax Incentive (MFLEX) program, as well as funding for site improvements. Adams County is also assisting with the project.

That’s exactly what Mississippi works to deliver,” noted Mississippi Development Authority Executive Director Bill Cork.

Bishopric Industries provides engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing services for process tanks, pressure vessels, specialty equipment, and modular industrial systems serving the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, and critical infrastructure markets.
