10/26/2015
“Expanding within Snellville was key”, said President/Founder of YSS Athletics, Torey Rose. “We, including many of our employees, have long called Snellville home, so finding the right space here was critical to us expanding our presence within the community…This expansion reinforces our position as a leader in the athletic apparel industry.”
The project will result in an adaptive reuse of existing retail space in the heart of Snellville. Its new manufacturing center includes state of the art design, print and sublimation equipment.
“Gwinnett County is the ideal location for businesses looking to expand in the Southeast,” said Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners Chairman Charlotte Nash. “This expansion is a testament to our dynamic workforce, pro-business climate and opportunities for success. We look forward to YSS Athletics continued growth.”
“Gwinnett County continues to be a strong draw for manufacturing companies”, said Shantell R. Wilson for Gwinnett County Economic Development and Partnership Gwinnett. “It’s another example of Gwinnett’s success in retaining growing companies.
