President/CEO Cindy B. Taylor said the Colorado manufacturing facility will allow the company to take advantage of the area's highly skilled workforce, and "further facilitate planned capacity expansions in the U.S. shale plays and Canadian oil sands regions."

It's also a leading manufacturer of products for deepwater production facilities and subsea pipelines as well as a provider of various other products and services to the oil and gas industry.
