Norway-Based Cognite Plans Tempe, Arizona, Headquarters Operations

Norway-based industrial software company Cognite plans to establish operations in Tempe, Arizona. The project is expected to create more than 100 jobs.

The company’s new 30,000-square-foot headquarters, located on the 9th floor of Hayden Ferry Lakeside III at 40 E. Rio Salado Parkway, will serve as the central hub for its global operations.

“Establishing our global headquarters in Arizona represents an exciting new chapter for Cognite as this positions Cognite at the center of American innovation and manufacturing,” said Girish Rishi, CEO at Cognite. “Arizona's thriving technology ecosystem, skilled workforce and strategic location make it the ideal home for our next phase of growth. We're excited to contribute to the local economy and build strong partnerships within this innovative community.”

Cognite provides an AI-driven platform (Cognite Data Fusion) to assist heavy industries (oil & gas, energy, manufacturing) turn operational data into actionable insights, enabling digital transformation, better efficiency, and sustainability through contextualization, AI, and low-code tools.
