Newell Rubbermaid to Add 140 Jobs at Its Mogadore, OH, Facility

Newell Rubbermaid has announced it will add almost 140 full-time jobs at its Rubbermaid manufacturing facility in Mogadore, Ohio and, and invest over $25 million in those operations. The project also includes buying new machines and improving infrastructure in the plant.

Atlanta-based Newell Rubbermaid is a global marketer of consumer and commercial products with 2010 sales of approximately $5.7 billion. Its portfolio of brands includes Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Calphalon, Lenox, Waterman, Goody and Parker.

About 700 of the company's 1,400 Ohio employees work in Mogadore. Newell Rubbermaid also has operations in Fairlawn and Perrysburg, near Toledo.
