AboveAir Technologies Expands Frederick County, Maryland, Operations

AboveAir Technologies, a manufacturer of mission critical computer room air conditioning solutions, plans to expand its operations in Frederick County, Maryland.

The company will relocate to a 45,000-square-foot facility on Mountville Road at the Wedgewood West Industrial Park.

“This expansion is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team and the growing demand for critical environment HVAC solutions,” said Matt Miller, President of AboveAir Technologies. “Moving to this larger facility will allow us to better serve our customers and continue our growth trajectory. AboveAir Technologies is a provider of HVAC solutions, specializing in precision cooling and environmental control systems critical for biotech, pharma, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and data center applications. The company was acquired by AirX Climate Solutions in 2024.
