Re:Build Expands Rock Hill, South Carolina, Manufacturing Operations

10/07/2026
Integrated engineering and manufacturing company Re:Build plans to expand its operations in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The approximately $20 million project is expected to create 150 jobs in York County.

The company’s new 130,000-square-foot manufacturing facility will be located at 2021 Williams Industrial Boulevard in Legacy Park East.

“Our customers are scaling faster than ever, and this expansion is how we scale with them. By investing boldly in these capabilities, we're giving our customers the capacity, speed and consistency they need to move complex programs from development into full-rate production and to do it at a scale few can match,” said Re Co-Founder and CEO Miles Arnone.

To support the project, the Coordinating Council for Economic Development awarded a $100,000 Set-Aside grant to York County to assist with the costs of building improvements.

“Re’s approximately $20 million expansion in York County demonstrates our state’s strong position as a leader in American manufacturing and innovation. Aerospace and advanced manufacturing are among South Carolina’s key economic sectors, and we look forward to the company’s continued success in the Palmetto State,” noted South Carolina Secretary of Commerce Harry M. Lightsey III.

Re:Build partners with companies to design, engineer and manufacture complex products for the medical, aerospace and defense, energy, electrification, robotics and automation, and environmental markets.
