Telecom Service Center Bringing 600 Jobs to Rockledge, Florida
10/08/2010
"We are excited about this opportunity to bring jobs back to our home town," said Tom Biddix, chairman of Associated Telecommunication Management Services. "We are consolidating several of our U.S. operations and bringing some jobs back from our offshore operations. The Space Coast offered us the unique combination of an outstanding work force and indispensable assistance from the EDC and Brevard Workforce."
TSC and Brevard Workforce are participating in the Florida Back to Work program, which subsidizes employee wages and benefits. The company also considered expanding in Ocala, Florida, and South America, but selected Rockledge for its labor pool, central location, and capacity to integrate a number of corporate functions.
