Durango Machining Innovations Plans Farmington, New Mexico, Operations

06/14/2026
Advanced manufacturing company Durango Machining Innovations plans to establish operations in Farmington, New Mexico. The project is expected to create 22 jobs.

The investment will include the renovation of an existing building for machining operations and construction of a new 11,000-square-foot facility to house specialized manufacturing equipment.

“This project allows us to grow, innovate and deliver at a new scale,” said Reed Duvall, Chief Financial Officer of Durango Machining Innovations. “We're proud to expand in Farmington and create new opportunities for skilled workers.”

To support the project, Durango Machining Innovations secured $250,000 through New Mexico’s Local Economic Development Act program.

“New Mexico is backing companies that are ready to grow in our communities,” noted Rob Black, Cabinet Secretary of the New Mexico Economic Development Department. “This investment strengthens advanced manufacturing in the Four Corners region and supports high-quality jobs for New Mexicans.”

Durango Machining Innovations provides precision machining, fabrication, and manufacturing services for industrial customers. The company specializes in advanced machining solutions and custom manufacturing capabilities that support a range of industrial applications.
