South Korea-based ELSPES Plans Osceola County , Florida, Headquarters-Manufacturing Operations

Semiconductor manufacturer ELSPES, Inc. plans to establish operations in Osceola County, Florida. The $470 million project is expected to create 600 jobs.

The investment will include the construction of a new U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility located within NeoCity.

“This is exactly what we set out to do,” said Brandon Arrington, Chairman of the Osceola County Commission. “Build an ecosystem that attracts world-class companies while creating pathways for residents to access high-wage jobs and future career opportunities.”

To support the project, Osceola County approved a development agreement that includes performance-based incentives tied to job creation and long-term capital investment.

ELSPES Inc. manufactures silicon capacitors and other passive electronic components, developing high-performance components used in applications such as electronics, telecommunications, automotive, and industrial systems. The company’s operations include component design, semiconductor manufacturing, and product testing for advanced computing and electronic devices.
