Dharma Construction Services Relocating HQ to Louisville, Kentucky
02/02/2011
"We chose Louisville because we want to be at the center of the senior care industry," said Barry Khan, president and CEO of Dharma Construction Services. "It is clear that Louisville and Kentucky are at the forefront of innovation in this industry. Our focus on this critical and growing segment of the healthcare community makes this the natural home for Dharma and our family of employees."
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) has preliminarily approved Dharma for tax incentives up to $1 million through the Kentucky Business Investment program. KEDFA also approved Dharma for tax benefits up to $40,740 through the Kentucky Enterprise Investment Act.
Dharma is moving from southern California to an 8,000-square-foot facility.
