Pentagon Technologies Group Plans Mesa, Arizona, Operations

The new semiconductor cleaning facility, located at the View 202 industrial park along Ellsworth and Warner roads, is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2024.
“We are thrilled to partner with the City of Mesa in building a cutting-edge facility to support the growth of semiconductor fabs in Arizona,” said Dave Christeson, CEO of Pentagon. “Our facility will have the capability to provide precision cleaning to industry leaders on the most advanced semiconductor tools in the industry. We are excited to provide so many new jobs in such an exciting industry to people in the Mesa area.”
Pentagon’s proprietary services and products improve the utilization, yield and life cycle of complex manufacturing equipment used in high technology fabrication. The company currently operates facilities in Arizona, California, Israel, Ireland, New York, Oregon, Texas and Japan (Kuritec Services).

Kurita Water Industries, Ltd. is a critical materials supplier of advanced chamber cleaning equipment consumables to leading-edge semiconductor foundries. The company has operations in over 20 countries.
