Mid-West Metal Products Investing $6M in Muncie, Indiana, Facility

Mid-West Metal Products is investing more than $6 million in new equipment and facility improvements at its facility in Muncie, Indiana.

"We looked at many options in Indiana and surrounding areas but, with the assistance of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, local government, and the Economic Development Alliance, it became an easy choice to stay and expand our presence in Delaware County," said company President Steve Smith.

Delaware County government entities approved $1.2 million in tax increment financing (TIF) and tax abatement towards the project.
